Pistachio Borma

Borma is one of the most recognisable shapes in our sweets counter: fine shredded kataifi pastry rolled tightly around a pistachio filling, baked until golden and finished with a light syrup soak. Sliced into bite-sized rounds, it’s a regular pick for our Ramadan and Eid gift boxes.
